“Artwork for our annual Charity Christmas Card Collection. This year we created a vibrant retro inspired collection with the addition of fun pattern elements and custom lettering. The collection consists of 6 unique card designs, sold in hand wrapped packs. Our collection is also available as products in the Poppy & Red Society6 Shop. All proceeds from the sale of these cards and products will be donated to the ‘LittleHill Animal Rescue & Sanctuary’ in Kildare, Ireland.”
Two friends, Anna Deegan and Paula McGloin, have joined together to create Poppy & Red a new collaborative project focused on illustration and design. Poppy & Red is a fun and experimental venture to motivate the girls improve their skills and produce a unique showcase of work to share with other like-minded creatives.

“The brief for this project was to create a infographic based on a personal diary, and display it in a way that relates to the subject matter. I had to choose a subject to record over a period of 10 weeks. I chose to show statistics of my work in a pub. This includes the number of drinks and meals that I serve each night. Therefore, I decided to make a pub A-board and write my stats in the style that reflects the type and images that are usually written on them.”
